To amend the bylaws to prevent incidence, as well as speed up and more accurately reflect the club council process.

To encourage student involvement, and provide a door prize for SpringFest Service 2009.

To remove lettering from ASUAF Senate seats and restore the "top ten" method of winner selection to ASUAF Senate elections.
