Resolved, That ASUAF reiterates the necessity for all University departments and administration to be open, transparent and available for comments or questions when dealing with services and fees that affect the student body; be it further

Resolved, That ASUAF express the vitality of providing information regarding student services and fees to the ASUAF student government and the student body as a whole as early in the process as is practicable; be it further

Resolved, That ASUAF demands that University departments and administration to refrain from proposing cuts to services or increases to fees during the summer semester or within the last month of the spring or fall semesters, as it is an obvious disadvantage to student involvement and promotes business practices that would otherwise not be used if done in the most public of settings; and be it further
