Whereas, It is the Board of Regents' job to set tuition rates for upcoming years;
Whereas, The rates for AY 2010 and 2011 have already been approved by the Regents;
Whereas, Some parties within the university system would like to raise tuition for these years;
Whereas, Tuition for these years has already increased;
Whereas, Students should not be forced to shoulder even more of a burden in the midst of a troubled economy; and
Whereas, There are other options to consider before raising tuition; now therefore be it
Resolved, That ASUAF is strongly against raising tuition for AY 2010 and 2011.
