Whereas, Each ASUAF Department Director is required (by Bylaw 811.1.1) to report to the Senate every third meeting;
Whereas, Some Directors have not fulfilled this requirement; and
Whereas, The President is responsible for hiring Department Directors (by Bylaw 112.2); now therefore be it
Directed, That the ASUAF President ensure Department Directors report to the Senate, and fulfill the requirements of Bylaw 811.1.1.
