Whereas, Student involvement has long been lacking in club council;

Whereas, there is no initiative for students to become involved with Club Council Committees, apart from just getting the job done;

Whereas, A bylaw that read something like what follows might do the trick:

626.1.4 any club with a delegate serving on rules committee, finance committee, or both be allowed a second delegate. Second delegates are not allowed to serve on any committee, but have full voting rights with the Council and only if neither of the two delegates are present at a meeting of the council will an absence be counted against that club

With other necessary amendments be made to the bylaws to accommodate this change; and

Whereas, However, perhaps a monetary reward to clubs would be better suited; now therefore be it

Enacted, That the senate institute incentive to clubs to be on committees.

To add incentive for club members to join Club Council Committees.
