Whereas, There are two sets of bylaws for what has become one position;
Whereas, Currently, the person who fills this position works for Sabra due to some things that happened last year;
Whereas, The bylaws should reflect what is actually happening; and
Whereas, Removing this position from the bylaws does not preclude the senate from funding such a position under Sabra's authority; now therefore be it
Enacted, That bylaws 830-836.2 be removed; and be it further
Enacted, That bylaw section 230 be removed.
