Whereas, Outdated bylaws were recently discussed and no action was taken;
Whereas, There have been several bylaw and election manual changes from effective bills;
Whereas, Bylaw 1136 was removed by SB171-004;
Whereas, Bylaw 200.4 was amended through SB171-005A;
Whereas, Bylaw 356.1 was amended through SB171-016;
Whereas, Bylaw 512 was amended through SB171-020;
Whereas, Bylaw 704 was amended through SB171-038A;
Whereas, Elections manual 807 doesn't exist and was created through SB171-022A;
Whereas, Elections manual 301.2.2 was created through SB171-036;
Whereas, Elections manual 202 was deleted through SB171-038A;
Whereas, The following bylaws and manual changes have not been updated; and
Whereas, This is saddening and should be embarrassing; now therefore be it
Enacted, That the bylaw and election manual changes noted above be corrected immediately; and be it further
Enacted, That these corrections be made prior to the next ASUAF Senate meeting on March 22, 2009; and be it further
Enacted, That the following text be added to the bylaws:
321.9 To ensure any effective amendments to the bylaws are updated prior to the next senate meeting.
