Whereas, New senators are new thus do not know where to go to find out their power and duties;
Whereas, Power and Duties of Senators is in the bylaws;
Whereas, Internal Affairs Committee 321.2 “To ensure that all ASUAF Senators are fully informed of their duties, responsibilities and the resources which are available to them”; and
Whereas, Some new senators do not have access to the bylaws; now, therefore be it
Enacted, Bylaw 202.1.6 “All new senators should report to two Internal Affairs meetings, for education about the bylaws and to receive an ASUAF Blue book, within the first three weeks of their term as Senator.”

To have new senators report to Internal Affairs for two meetings to learn the bylaws and rules of procedure.
