Whereas, As things are currently organized, no one outside of Internal Affairs hears the details of the End of the Year Reports;
Whereas, As things are currently organized, no one outside of Internal Affairs really reads “The State of ASUAF” which is the summary of the End of the Year Reports drafted by Internal Affairs;
Whereas, It is pretty pointless for Internal Affairs to spend so much time on such an important report if it is only going to collect dust on a jump drive somewhere; and
Whereas, No one likes the retreats (except for the cool people like Duffy and Devers) as they are currently required; now, therefore be it
Enacted, That bylaw 321.2 be deleted, and the following inserted in its stead:
321.2 To hold an End of the Semester retreat in November the Sunday before Thanksgiving Break
321.3 To hold a “State of ASUAF” yearly summary retreat the third Sunday in April.
321.4 To host training sessions with new Senators and anyone else wishing to attend to help fulfill bylaw 321.1.
